He also explained that there is a provision in the local government website for indigenes of area who reside outside the local government area, including those in diaspora to be able to apply, pay and receive their own automated identity card from their different locations.
Highlight of the lunching ceremony was the presentation of the first copies of the automated ID card to the council chairman and the secretary to the local government, Chief Vincent Chukwu.
The brief ceremony also had in attendance, the wife of the executive chairman, Mrs Adanma Chidi Lloyd, the leader of Emohua legislative council, Hon Mrs Love Nyenke and members of the legislative council, the chairman of PDP in Emohua LGA, Hon Uche Minikwu and principal officers of Emohua local government council.

Paul Wonodi stated this when the council chairman and his team visited him at his country home in Ogbakiri, to formally present to him his own copy of the new automated ID card on Friday.
He noted that Dr Chidi Lloyd has been able to change the narrative about the LGA within his very short time in office and prayed for God’s continuous grace and mercy upon the life of the council chairman, as he continues to make the people proud with unimaginable footprints.
